A Bit About Me
I was born and raised in Cardiff, Wales.
I graduated with distinction with a Master of Chiropractic degree in 2017 after 4 years of study.
I discovered Chiropractic care after joining my father in attending an appointment with a Chiropractor, I was impressed by their scope of knowledge and the hands on treatment they provided, after going back and shadowing the chiropractor over the next couple of weeks I knew that this would be the profession for me.
As of 2021, I have been a clinical supervisor at the University of South Wales. There, I teach and guide the 4th year students through their final year of study.
When I'm not in clinic, I am a keen runner having run multiple marathons. If you see me at parkrun or around Cardiff say "Hi!"

Co-owner of Ashwood Chiropractic Clinic - Cardiff, this is the first clinic that I owned alongside my business partner Abigail Parker, whilst I still play an active role in the running of the clinic I no longer practice from here, my business partner Abigail does.
Senior practitioner at The Medical Newport. This role was invaluable to me on my journey to becoming a more well rounded practitioner, it gave me a vast amount of experience dealing with all kinds of complicated musculoskeletal complaints.
Clinical Supervisor at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. In this role I supervise the fourth year students during their shifts at the student clinic at the University of South Wales.

Co-owner and Chiropractor at Cardiff Chiropractic Clinic. In early 2023, Abigail and I were given the enormous privilege of taking over the longest established chiropractic clinic in South East Wales. We have been entrusted by Gareth Lloyd to continue the clinics legacy of providing outstanding care to the people of Cardiff.
