I was born and raised in Plymouth to Welsh parents and spent much of my career in office-based roles within payroll and administration. However, I have always had a strong interest in anatomy and physiology, which inspired me to pursue a career change two years ago.

 

I enrolled on an Access to Health Sciences Diploma with Cardiff and Vale College, where I graduated with the maximum number of distinctions.

Although opportunities to study Physiotherapy at that time were geographically limited, I chose to begin training in sports massage as a foundation for future physiotherapy studies. In June 2025, I achieved my Level 3 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy and have since progressed directly onto the Level 4 course.

Outside of my studies, I am a keen runner across a variety of distances, having completed four marathons—including one uniquely run in full on a running track.
